Who we are

OutfitWard is run by Logica Designs Ltd, a UK company. If you have any questions about your data, email us at support@outfitward.com — we actually read it.

What OutfitWard does with your data

OutfitWard helps you organise your wardrobe, get AI outfit suggestions, and plan what to wear. To do that, we need some information from you.

What you give us directly:

• Your name and email address when you sign up
• Photos of your clothes when you upload them
• Your city, country, phone number, and date of birth if you add them to your profile (these are optional)
• Any messages you send us through the contact form

What we collect automatically:

• Basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and device info
• How you use the site (which pages you visit, when you log in)

Why we use it

We use your data to run OutfitWard — creating your account, storing your wardrobe photos, generating outfit suggestions, sending account emails, and keeping things secure. We don't use your data to show you ads. We don't sell it.

Your wardrobe photos

When you upload a photo of a clothing item, it stays yours. We store it securely in Cloudflare R2 (cloud storage) linked to your account. When you delete it, it's gone — removed from storage and from our database. We don't keep copies. We don't use your wardrobe photos to train AI models.

OutfitWard will offer an optional body profile feature where you can upload a clothed full-body photo so the AI can suggest outfits that suit your shape. This is entirely optional. The same rules apply — you can delete it any time, and we don't use it for anything other than your outfit suggestions.

The AI features

OutfitWard uses AI (via OpenAI's API) to tag your clothing items and suggest outfits. Your photos may be sent to OpenAI's API to do this. OpenAI processes data under its own privacy terms. The AI suggestions are just that — suggestions. They're not always right, and you should use your own judgement.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of trusted services to run OutfitWard:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Cloudflare R2 — where your photos are stored
• Resend — for sending account emails
• OpenAI — for AI tagging and outfit suggestions
• Stripe — for handling payments

None of them can use your data for their own marketing. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to see what data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email support@outfitward.com and we'll sort it out. UK GDPR gives you these rights, and we take them seriously.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data. Your wardrobe photos are deleted the moment you remove them — we don't archive them.

Security

Your photos and account data are stored with access controls. Signed URLs mean your wardrobe images can only be viewed by you. No system is perfectly secure, but we've put real thought into protecting yours.

Age

OutfitWard is for people aged 16 and over. If you're under 16, please don't sign up.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know via email before the change takes effect. The current version is always at outfitward.com/privacy.
